Brow Training Academy
Our academy is built to help women like yourself enter the industry safely, well trained, and extremely confident in all brow services including Cosmetic Tattoo.
We offer in-depth in person training at our salon in Bay of Plenty, as well as online courses and masterclasses for all budding brow artists and entrepreneurs.
It is such a gift to help you become financially free through your own self-employment whilst learning how to offer a premium service and build yourself a roster of dream clients.
ACADEMY POLICY
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy
At Goddess Brows & Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training experiences tailored to each participant's needs. To ensure that we can deliver the best service and manage our resources effectively, we have established the following non-refundable cancellation policy once course dates have been secured and payment has been made.
Booking and Payment

Securing Your Spot: A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your place in any of our courses. This payment confirms your commitment to the training dates you select.

Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made and dates are confirmed, your enrolment is officially booked, and our preparation for your training begins.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of our course preparation and the costs involved, all payments made to secure a training spot are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality of our programs and compensate our trainers and staff appropriately.

Rescheduling Options: If you are unable to attend the training on the originally scheduled dates, we understand that flexibility may be needed. You are eligible to reschedule your training to another date within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 14 days in advance to arrange a new date.

Emergency Situations: We recognise that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential options. While refunds are not provided, we will do our best to accommodate your situation with alternative solutions.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their scheduled training without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Your reserved spot incurs costs that are not recoverable by the academy.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the training date are considered late and will not qualify for rescheduling. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you anticipate any changes in your attendance.
